Board Policies

The School Board is currently reviewing and revising the following Board Policies to comply with the new Title IX regulations:

• • Policy 103 - Discrimination/Title IX Sexual Harassment Affecting Students
  • Policy 104 - Discrimination/Title IX Sexual Harassment Affecting Staff
  • Policy 247 - Hazing
  • Policy 249 - Bullying/Cyber-Bullying
  • Policy 252 - Dating Violence - New Policy
  • Policy 317.1 - Educator Misconduct - New Policy
  • Policy 824 - Maintaining Professional Adult/Student Boundaries - New Policy

Drafts of the above policies (with referenced attachments) that are currently under review by the School Board are attached at the bottom of the page

Effective August 14, 2020 and until the School Board adopts the above policies at their Board Meeting on September 21, 2020, the School District shall comply with the new Title IX regulations.

Any existing practices that are in violation of the new Title IX regulations are hereby superseded effective August 14, 2020.
