School Board Meeting Schedule and Public Comments
The Eastern Lancaster County School Board meetings are held at 7:00 PM in Community Hall at Garden Spot High School/Middle School Complex, 669 East Main Street, New Holland, PA. The meeting will also be streamed virtually via live feed.
Community members can view virtual meetings via live feed: Upcoming meeting: Board of Directors meeting, Monday, December 15, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m.
To view, the Board meeting agenda click on "Board Meeting Agendas" to the right. (Board agendas are available 72 hours prior to the start of the Board meeting.)
The Board encourages citizens of the district to come before the Board to present their petitions, inquiries, or other communications of interest. The Board invites public (Citizens of the District) comment on any topic that is within the Board’s jurisdiction. As outlined in Board Policy 903, the Board requires that public participants be residents or taxpayers of this district or nonresidents, whose children attend District schools pursuant to an agreement entered into between the District and another School District.
Public comment will be accepted until the meeting is called to order.
