Annual Student Update Instructions - Desktop Computer

Below are instructions on how to complete the Eastern Lancaster County School District Annual Student Update on a mobile device.

  • Click on the “Annual Student Information Update” Icon on the lower left side of your dashboard.

  • If this is the first time you are accessing the portal, you will be asked to authenticate by entering your child’s birthdate.  If not, then you will be taken directly to your portal dashboard.

Use the Navigation buttons Image (previous & next) buttons to navigate through the different sections of the form:
Note: Required fields are marked as "Required", and Eastern Lancaster County School District will receive the data as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

STUDENT Section – Review or enter in your child’s information (name, birth date, etc.).
NOTE: Proof of residency is required for any address modifications.

Proof of residency must be one of the following:

  • Utility Bill (a cell phone bill is not considered proof of residency)
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Tax Bill
  • Lease agreement
  • Renters or Homeowners Insurance
  • Agreement of Sale (if the settlement has not occurred yet)

RESIDENCY Section – Confirm status of your residency.
CONTACTS Section – Review or enter in each contact’s information. 

NOTE: If entering in a mobile phone that receives SMS or an email address for a contact, you will be given the option to opt in to receive REMIND alerts.

PRIORITY Section – Adjust contacts in the order you want the District to call in an emergency starting with 1 as the first person who will be contacted.
MEDICAL Section – Review or enter in your child’s medical information.
POLICIES Section – Review each policy and affirm that you have read the policy.

NOTE: If you have more than one child, you will need to review the information for each child.

  • Affirm that all the information that you provided is true, correct, and complete with an electronic signature.

The "Summary" page at the end of the update will indicate if there is missing information (Indicated by a red circle).
Note:
You can click "Find Invalid Fields" to jump directly to the missed fields.

If there is no missing information, click “Submit”.

Once you select "Submit" you will have the opportunity to print out a copy of your form to keep for your records.
Note:
Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
