Annual Notification Regarding AHERA
 

Blue Ball Elementary, Brecknock Elementary & New Holland Elementary
 

Eastern Lancaster County School District in accord with the Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act, commonly referred to as AHERA, is notifying the faculty and staff, PTO/PTA, students, community, current and future contractors that the school district complies with all regulations related to asbestos. This notification will serve to report to all parties entering that this building does not contain asbestos. This facility was either built without asbestos products or the asbestos has been removed during previous renovation projects.
