Eastern Lancaster County School District in according with the Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act, commonly referred to as AHERA, is notifying the faculty and staff, PTO/PTA, students, community, current and future contractors that the school district complies with all regulations related to asbestos. This notification will serve to report to all parties entering this building that it contains asbestos building materials. The asbestos products in the building are regularly inspected and conditions documented.
