Director of Athletics - Cindy Wilson

Cindy has been the Director of Athletics at Garden Spot High School since July 1, 2022.






Athletic Trainer / Assistant Athletic Director - Michelle Chamberlain

Michelle has been the Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Director at Garden Spot High School since February 2019. Prior to that, she was the Athletic Trainer at Central Dauphin High School from 2013-February 2019. She graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and then attended the University of Florida where she graduated with a Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology in 2013. While at the University of Florida she served as a graduate assistant where she was the Head Athletic Trainer for Santa Fe High School and Trenton High School.

Athletic Trainer - Krista Tranquillo

Krista joins us this year as our Part-time Athletic Trainer with Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. Previously, she was Practice Coordinator and Athletic Trainer with Tower Health Medical Group for 11 years and worked with various school districts in Berks County.  She is a native of Western New York and graduated from SUNY Cortland in 1998 with a B.S. in Physical Education and Athletic Training.  She then returned to SUNY Cortland as their Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer and graduated in 2003 with her MSEd in Health Education.  She has worked with a variety of athletes from youth to college level, and in various settings including schools, physicians’ offices, and occupational over her 22+ years as a Certified Athletic Trainer.

Administrative Assistant - Jennifer Becker

Jennifer has been the Administrative Assistant for Athletics since July 2021. When joining the district in March 2020, she was the Middle School Administrative Assistant. Jen graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in May of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and competed as a Division II Softball student-athlete. In December of 2013, she graduated with a Master of Science in Sport Management from SNHU as well.
