Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure
Act 168 requires applicants to disclose all former employers that were school entities and/or where the prospective employee had direct contact with children. Candidates will submit contact information for employment history review. The process will be initiated electronically by Human Resources.
