A new administrator has been appointed in the Eastern Lancaster County School District!
Miss. Kaitlyn Edwards was approved by the Board of School Directors on March 10, 2025, as our next Director of Human Resources. She will begin her new role in mid-April when she transitions alongside our current Director of Human Resources, Mrs. Donna Prokay, who will be retiring in June.
Kaitlyn brings experience in both private and public school education and has a wealth of experience to pull from to support ELANCO staff and our overall organization. Coupled with her direct experience, Kaitlyn has earned her master’s degree from West Chester University in Human Resource Management and has experience with many of the same technologies and systems we have in place in our district.
