ELANCO School Board Appoints New Administrators!
Please join us in welcoming Ms. Amanda Fraterman, to the ELANCO learning community!
Ms. Fraterman was approved by the ELANCO Board of School Directors on August 18, 2025, and has started her new role as Supervisor of Secondary Special Education. Ms. Fraterman joins us with many years of professional experience in the Pottstown School District, and most recently, the Octorara School District. We're thrilled she has chosen to join us; her background and experience will greatly benefit our learners and educators!
We're excited to welcome Ms. Fraterman to the ELANCO School District family!
Mr. Zachary Fulmer was approved by the ELANCO Board of School Directors as our next Assistant Principal at the Garden Spot High School.
Many of you may know Mr. Fulmer from being a longtime educator in the ELANCO learning community. Most recently, as a teacher for our online learners in the ElancOnline learning program. Recently, Mr. Fulmer also served as our Interim Assistant Principal at the Garden Spot High School. Based on feedback from staff working closely with Mr. Fulmer, during his interim role, feedback was consistent with his eagerness to jump right into the responsibilities of being a building leader, and he was able to use his knowledge of our district to quickly transition into this role!
We're very excited for the work he and Mrs. Rivera (newly hired GSHS Assistant Principal) have already begun and will continue to tackle in the future.
