Annual Student Update
Completing the Annual Student Update is extremely important for all our families to complete each year to ensure our learners’ information is accurate. We ask that the Update be completed even if there are no changes in a child’s demographic information. In the annual update, you will also have the opportunity to review and update your child(ren)’s medical information, review and sign off on District annual policies, update your child(ren)’s “No photo” status if needed, and review the District’s approved digital resource list.
Why is the Annual Student Update Important?
- Our Teachers use this information to stay connected with you regarding your child’s academic progress. When completing the Update, you will be given the opportunity to select which phone numbers or emails you want to receive these notifications.
- Our Teachers use this information to stay connected with you regarding your child’s academic progress.
- Our Nurses use this information to call in case of an emergency with your child(ren)
