Annual Student Update 2021-2022

Completing the Annual Student Update is extremely important for all our families to complete each year to ensure our learners’ information is accurate.  We ask that the Update be completed even if there are no changes in a child’s demographic information.  In the annual update, you will also have the opportunity to review and update your child(ren)’s medical information, review and sign off on District annual policies, update your child(ren)’s “No photo” status if needed, and review the District’s approved digital resource list.

Why is the Annual Student Update Important?
  • We use this information to send our REMIND important notices & weather-related closing notifications. When completing the Update, you will be given the opportunity to select which phone numbers or emails you want to receive these notifications.
 
  • Our Teachers use this information to stay connected with you regarding your child’s academic progress.
 
  • Our Nurses use this information to call in case of an emergency with your child(ren).

To complete the Annual Student Information update, you will need to log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal.  See Instructions Below:

If you already have set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal Account, you can go ahead and sign into your account at https://powerschool.elanco.org and follow the 2021-2022 Annual Student Update Instructions.
 
If you have an account and have forgotten your username and/or password, click “forgot username or password” and you will be prompted to enter in your information to retrieve either your username or reset your password.

Instructions for Setting up a PowerSchool Parent Portal Account:
 
If you have not set up your Parent Portal Account, you will need to complete the following steps:
 
  1. Go to https://powerschool.elanco.org. Click on “Create Account” Tab and click on ‘Create Account”.
  2. Enter all required information: first & last name, email address, your desired username, and password.
  3. Link your child(ren) to your account, by entering in their name, Access ID, Access Password, and Relationship. Letters were sent home with your child's access ID and access password over the summer.  If you do not have this information, you can request it from your child's front office.
    NOTE:  Access Information is case sensitive and should be entered exactly as indicated above. This information is confidential for your access only and should not be shared.
  4. Click “Enter” and your account is successfully created. (Before you log in you will need to verify your email and will receive a PowerSchool Account verification email.)
  5. Log in to the portal with your new credentials & follow the 2021-2022 Annual Student Update Instructions.
