ELANCO Applies for Waiver Extension with PDE for Brecknock Elementary Title I Program
The ELANCO School District has applied for a waiver extension with the Pennsylvania Department of Education to enable the district to continue providing Title I services to Brecknock Elementary School for the next three school years (2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011). Due to changes in district-wide demographics, Brecknock does not currently qualify for Title I support. The district has requested that the state waive Title I, Section 1113 (a) (2) (B) – Eligible School Attendance Areas in order for the district to continue to provide Title I services to the families and students in the Brecknock attendance area.
