Acceptable Use Policy

Internet access, electronic mail (E-mail) and network resources are available to teachers, administrators and students in the Eastern Lancaster County School District for educational and instructional purposes and other purposes consistent with the educational mission of the School District. Use of the Internet and E-mail network is a privilege. This Acceptable Use Policy establishes guidelines for such use.

Right to Know Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures to ensure the district complies with the requirements of the Right-to-Know Act, which allows legal residents of the United States to inspect and obtain copies of public records.

Right to Know Request Form

Please read instructions carefully before completing this form. A properly completed form submitted to the school district will be considered a written request for purposes of the Right-to-Know act.
